Ken Wesson aka 'Sciencemaster' works as a keynote speaker and educational consultant for pre-school through university-level institutions and organizations. He speaks throughout the world on the neuroscience of learning and methods for creating classrooms and learning environments that are "brain-considerate." Underpinning Ken's research, speeches and workshops over the past three decades has been based on the question, "If it's your job to develop the mind, shouldn't you know how the brain works? He joined us LIVE at Community School Thursday August 11, 2016, 5:30pm - 7pm.

CSCE Hosted 3-Day Seminar, Waldorf-Inspired
"First Aid Response to Trauma" International Speakers Bernd Ruf and Reinaldo Nascimento
From November 22nd to November 24th, Community School Was Proud to Host 3-Day Seminar with Internationally Known Friends of Waldorf Education Teachers, Bernd Ruf and Reinaldo Nascimento on "First Aid Response to Trauma" generously sponsored by the Friends of Waldorf Education and the Stuart Foundation.
The Community School for Creative Education community is shocked and saddened by the tragic fire in our neighborhood. Our sincere condolences go out to all those impacted by this tragedy. As a gesture of support for the families impacted, CSCE will be hosting a clothing drive. You may deliver any donated items to the Dean of School Culture, Gina Stiens. Items will be delivered directly by a CSCE staff member. We would like all donations byso they can be delivered before winter break. Thank you for your help in supporting our broader CSCE community.
